The authors
Evelyne Moinet is a teacher in the Perche region in the department of the Orne. When she discovered there were no books on the Percheron Horse for her students to read, she spoke to Jean-Léo.
For the last 20 years, Jean-Léo Dugast has been photographing Percheron horses all over the world. Often asked about creating a children’s book, this was the perfect time for him to begin one.
